Holyrood Pond is a massive freshwater pond separated from the wild Atlantic by a wide pebble beach. It is right across the famous St. Vincent's beach which offers world-class shoreline whale watching. You can spend some time beachcombing, try your luck with some fishing, or simply soak in the incredible views — there's a small interpretation centre and washrooms right by the parking area, making it an easy stop.
