bericht van Francesco Meola

Since 1860, Gran Caffè Gambrinus has been a beacon for the intellectuals, politicians and businessmen of Naples. This café letterio is one of the most renowned in Italy with its European inspiration. Its origins date back to the Unification of Italy in the 19th Century where it became the place to go for the city's upper class. Today this renowned café still brings in the city's biggest names providing great food and entertainment. Fans visiting are sure to be surprised by the lively atmosphere and grand culture this famous Italian café provides.

If you consume at the counter, Gambrinus is not very expensive. Espresso is €1.60 and croissant are around €1.30 to €1.60. If you decide to sit, prices will definitely be higher.

For the Italian experience, we get our coffee and cornetto at the counter :)
