In my opinion, this is the best viewpoint to see Vernazza. It's on the path to the hike trail between Vernazza and Corniglia, however, this spot is before the beginning of the trail, so you don't need a ticket or a Cinque Terre pass to see it.

A great photo spot too, with Vernazza in the background.
