Little Snake Canyon is a lesser-known stop within Wadi Bani Awf. It offers a narrower canyon experience without the full technical canyoneering required in the "main" Snake Canyon.
You’ll walk through a rocky riverbed surrounded by canyon walls, occasionally scrambling over boulders and navigating shallow water sections.
NOTE: when I visited, I found the route to be unclear. There were no markers, and it’s easy to lose time choosing between paths. For travelers without canyon experience -or strong navigation skills- hiring a local guide might be a good idea.
