The Hilton is a beautiful lakeside hotel perched on the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu. It’s about a 20 minute drive from central Queenstown, or a scenic 20 minute ferry ride from the pier right outside the hotel.

Personally, I wouldn’t book here unless you’re staying in a lake view room — that’s where it really shines. We stayed in a lakefront room with a hot tub and thought it was great value for Queenstown. The views were beautiful and the restaurant had great food.
