Manzanillo Beach is on Costa Rica’s Caribbean Coast, in the southeastern part of the country. This is rural part of Costa Rica, hours away from the country’s main cities. Manzanillo is a four or five hour drive from SJO. It’s actually very close to Costa Rica’s border with Panama.
