Middleton Mountain is an urban hiking area with four different hiking loops. All are relatively flat once you have ascended to the plateau. The perimeter loop is 3km and features incredible panoramas of Kalamalka Lake, downtown Vernon, Swan Lake and beyond.

One important thing to know about Middleton Mountain is the lack of shade on the trail - be sure to start early during the summer months (before 9am)!
