Tita La Vedette is a fresh pasta factory in Buenos Aires. Their Chacarita location on Bonpland Street is an artisanal shop specializes in vegan and vegetarian pastas made in unique shapes and vibrant colors using natural ingredients instead of food-dye like beetroot and spinach.

Founded by Gimena Duarte and Ines La Torre, Tita's pastas are not only visually appealing but also incredible. They knocked my very much NON-vegan socks off.

Hours: The Chacarita location is open for lunch or as a shop pick up pasta to take back to your Airbnb for a restaurant-worthy dinner in. The shop is open til 7 pm on weekdays (closed Monday & Tuesday) and open until 3 pm on weekends.
