When we moved to Ajuda, we were blown away by this garden that no one knows about.

It's a small, old garden that used to belong to the Ajuda castle. It isn't very large, but it offers the most stunning view of the 25th of April bridge, Cristo Rei, and the Tejo River.

The garden is quiet but has peacocks and ducks walking around, enjoying their little paradise.

You will also be listening to the stunning sound of their water garden that used to be functioning as a therapeutic station. They believed that the sound of the garden would heal you from stress and evil spirits. We think that's about right as we sure calm down around that beautiful sound.
