If you are visiting Denmark and want to try one of our most traditional and old-school snacks, you’ve got to go to one of the very old-school butchers and ask for a 'Lun Frikadelle.' This juicy meatball is one of the proud delicacies deeply rooted in our culture. You get it warm, and you eat it as if it were a bun. It’s a heavy, greasy snack for true meat lovers. The best one we had was at a local butcher in Helsingør, but you can find it at any local Danish butcher.
