If you are in Marsa on a Sunday, we highly recommend checking out the Marsa souk. Here, you can find everything from produce and food to second-hand clothing and other goods. This is a great place to immerse yourself in the culture without being worried about getting ripped off, as it's further from the main touristy areas in the medina. For example, we scored ourselves a gorgeous 100% cashmere scarf for 5 TND or roughly $1.7 USD, but most clothing items range from 1 and 4 TND ($0.32 to $1.28 USD)!
