A very special private dining experience (enquiries only) and a chance to enjoy a series of his delicious flame-infused dishes. From grilled cabbage, to burnt pear, smoked butter to charred asparagus - wild runs through the heart of Will's menu and becomes the backdrop to his meal. 

Will was located on the picturesque Ardkinglas Estate in Loch Fyne, Scotland, for a while, but is moving on to new projects so we'll update when we know more!
