fotospot

If you love cityscapes, Shibuya Sky is one of those photo spots that’s hard to beat. You get a full panoramic view over Tokyo—right down to the iconic Shibuya Crossing on one side and, on clear days, Mount Fuji glowing in the evening sun on the other. It’s one of the few places in the city that truly gives you that "wow, I’m in Tokyo" moment.

Just a heads-up: tickets do sell out quickly, especially in cherry blossom season or autumn. I highly recommend booking your slot around four weeks ahead of time to snag a sunset visit. Watching the lights come on across the skyline is pure magic.

Best Time to Photograph:
Get there about 30–45 minutes before sunset so you can shoot golden hour, blue hour, and nighttime city lights all in one go. Clear days offer the best chance of spotting Mt. Fuji in the distance.
