bericht van Adriana Neptuna

The Elijah Cutler Behunin Cabin, located in Capitol Reef National Park, was built in 1883 to house Behunin's large family. The one-room sandstone structure, measuring 13 by 16.5 feet, was home to Elijah, his wife, and their 13 children for a year before they moved to Fruita due to a flood threat. Renovated in the 1960s, the cabin is now a well-preserved example of settler life in the park. It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places, showcasing a piece of Utah's pioneer history.
