This historic village in Arrowtown was set up by Chinese folks during the Otago gold rush back in the 1860s. It's been restored and is now a popular spot to check out and take some pictures. You can see some restored Chinese huts and even visit Ah Lum's store, which is a famous building listed by Heritage New Zealand. It's a neat little piece of history nestled near Arrowtown on the banks of Bush Creek.
