Santa Maria del Pi is the best visit if what you are looking for is the best viewpoint in Barcelona city town. The bell tower is 54 meters high and is the tallest Gothic bell tower in Spain. You have to climb 258 steps, most of them a spiral staircase, and it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility or children under 8 years of age. The visit to the roof is done in groups, every half hour, supervised by a guide and lasts half an hour. The rest of the visit to the basilica is free.
