Kerr Bay Campsite sits on the shores of Lake Rotoiti and is one of the best places to stay in Nelson Lakes National Park.
It’s a small campground with just 25 sites. Although it's a DOC campsite, it has hot showers, flushing toilets, campervan waste disposal, a shelter with cooking facilities, and 10 powered sites!! If you’re a Kiwi, I don’t need to tell you how rare this is!
It books out fast. If you want to stay here, I recommend booking your site as soon as possible.
Note: Kerr Bay or West Bay campsites do not accept rubbish or recycling, so you must pack in and out.
