Ngarunui Beach is the most popular beach in Raglan and is less than 10 minutes from the centre of town. It's famous for its rolling surf, black sand and panoramic views of the coastline. If you’ve ever wanted to try surfing, this is the place to do it!

How to get there

Ngarunui Beach is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Raglan. Follow Wainui Road to the carpark and walk downhill until you reach the shore. The beach has free parking, toilets and a cold-water shower.
