The Mussel Pot Restaurant is a local icon and has been serving famous New Zealand green lip mussels for the past 20 years. It would be rude not to order the mussells when you're here (when in Rome, right?) but if that''s not your cup of tea, you'll be pelased to hear there's also a menu full of burgers, pasta and vegetarian options as well as local wines and craft beer.
