This is my FAVOURITE view in Queenstown!

Bennett's Bluff is a must-see when you're in this corner of the country, even if you're pressed for time. From the top of the lookout, you’ll get insane panoramic views over Lake Wakatipu, the Humboldt Ranges, and the towering peak of Mount Earnslaw/Pikirakatahi. It’s picture-perfect in every direction.

How to get there

It's located about 30 minutes from Queenstown on the Queenstown-Glenorchy Road. As you drive towards the viewpoint, you'll hug the shoreline of Lake Wakatipu and get incredible views of the mountains and sparkling blue water.

You'll find a huge carpark located on the left-hand side of the road and a short (5-minute) walking track to the top viewing platform.
