The Hāhei General Store is only two minutes from the entrance to Hāhei Beach. It's a small but well-stocked dairy/shop selling fresh meat, local produce, snacks, drinks, beach toys and souvenirs.

But I think their real drawcard is the real fruit ice cream! If you're visiting in summer, you MUST stop here for what I think is one of the top 3 best real fruit ice creams on the North Island.
