Probably one of the most beautiful places to see Lake Pukaki, with Mount Cook in the distance. This is an easy and scenic 13km return walk boasting the views of Lake Pukaki's impossibly blue water WITHOUT the crowds of people!!

What I love about this trail is that you can do as much or as little as you like. The whole track takes around 3-4 hours, depending on how fast you walk. However, if you're short on time, then you could just walk a small section and then return along the same path.
