If you like salmon, this place is for you! High Country Salmon sells some of New Zealand's freshest fish. During the day, the cabinet is stocked with sashimi, sushi, rolls, salmon wings and kebabs, and sweet treats. If you're after something bigger, the kitchen serves a selection of things like their Ultimate Salmon Plank, Signature Salmon Dish, Chowder, or a hugely popular Beef Burger. I highly recommend coming here for a bite to eat and then doing the Lake Pukaki Foreshore Walk.
