If I'm craving a GOOD STEAK in Lausanne I'm definitely coming to Beef’Ør. This steakhouse is just 5 minutes away from Lausanne gare, and serves excellent quality of meat from the 4 corners of the world. They also have a good selection of upper-tier wines, and if you have trouble deciding the waiters are very knowledgable and always give good suggestions for paring with your meat.

If you already choose to splurge by making a visit here, I definitely recommend getting the degustation menu rather than ordering a la carte. Because the side dishes can be quite expensvie on its own, whereas with the degustation menu you get to try a great variety: a Swiss tenderloin, a Ribeye Wagyu Westholme 200gr, a Macka's Entrecôte 200gr, and 8 side dishes in total. The mashed potatoes and fries with beef oil are SUPER YUMMY, and the bearnaise sauce was super light, really unlike any I'd tried. I remember the taste till today.

The quality of food, interior design, ambiance and service really elevates this restaurant and sets it apart from others in Lausanne. It’s a bit pricey but 100% worth it!
