The Beach (Bönigen)

Right on the shore of Lake Brienz, this family-friendly swimming spot has everything you need for a summer day. There’s a small sandy beach with shallow water access for kids, plus floating obstacles in the lake for older kids and teens who want a little extra fun.

• Pools: Alongside the lake is a 25m heated outdoor pool (24°C) and a shallow splash pool for little ones.

• Facilities: Grassy lawns for lounging, a playground, ping pong tables, boccia, café, changing rooms, lockers, and showers.

• On the water: Rent pedal boats, SUPs, canoes, or kayaks—or join a guided lake tour.
