Buttermere is a picturesque lake nestled in the Lake District of North West England. The village of Buttermere sits at one end of the lake, adding to its charm. Besides take in the views, there a few things you can do:

Hike: If you want to take a walk, follow the Buttermere Circular route that's about 4.5 miles long.

Wild Swimming: Jump in the lake and swim if it's good weather!

Boating: Rent a rowboat or kayak from Buttermere Lake Boating
