Friars Crag is a must-visit spot in Keswick, offering stunning views over Derwentwater to Borrowdale. Just a short walk from the town centre, it's an easy walk through Hope Park to reach this picturesque viewpoint. John Ruskin, the writer and artist, was so impressed by the view that he described it as one of the best in Europe. There is monument here erected in his honor.
