Hardwick Hall, located in Derbyshire, England, is a stunning Elizabethan country house built between 1590 and 1597 for Bess of Hardwick. Known for its extravagant use of glass, the house was designed by architect Robert Smythson and showcases innovative architectural features like a central great hall and a grand long gallery.

Hardwick Hall was also used for all the exterior shots of Malfoy Manor in Harry Potter!
