Stourhead House, managed by the National Trust, is a stunning Palladian villa in Wiltshire, known for its picturesque landscape garden and historic architecture. Visitors can explore the grand house, with its elegant rooms and impressive collection of art and furnishings.

The surrounding countryside offers scenic walks through ancient woods - if you walk the full trail it's about 2.2 miles around a lake with a grotto, boat house, pantheon, and more garden temples inspired by the iconic Roman structure.

Filming Site: Stourhead starred in the 2005 version of Pride and Prejudice. The Temple of Apollo is where Mr. Darcy first proposes to Elizabeth Bennet in the rain!
