This is the gondola that takes you up to Grindelwald First: Top of Adventure! The top station (last stop) is where the zipline and Grindelwald first walk are. The other stations have the first flyer, mountain carts and bort playground.

If you want to save some time by buying in advance, you can book a ticket here. Or, you can get a discount when you buy at the station and come with your Swiss Travel Pass , Swiss Half Fare Card, and Bernese Oberland Pass. The ride is also free if you buy the Jungfrau Travel Pass.

🚗 How to Get There:

• By train to Grindelwald🚆: Take the Bernese Oberland Railway to Grindelwald station (not Terminal). Walk 10 minutes or take bus 121 to “Grindelwald, Firstbahn.”

• By car to Grindelwald🚙: The closest parking to the First gondola is a small lot near Dorfstrasse 193, 3818 Grindelwald, a 1 min walk from the gondola station. But this small lot can fill up quick. To see the live status of all the nearby parking lots, check this website under the "Grindelwald-First/Pfingstegg" Section.

  Tip: Pull into this small lot just to drop off your passengers. Then only the driver has to walk from the parking back to First.
