Crescent Moon Ranch (also known as Red Rock Crossing) is a charming spot in the picturesque landscapes of Sedona with a access to swim in the creek during summer months. Buddha Beach is a short hike from the parking area and is a popular location for photo ops. You can find fall colors here in mid November if you hike past buddha beach for about 10-15 minutes (see photo). Arguably the best time to visit here is at sunset when cathedral rock illuminates as it towers over the ranch. Entry is ~$5 per person and this area is very popular during the summer so only come here if you are alright with crowds at the swimming hole that can get a little bit rowdy.
