Tortas de Fuego in West Sedona is an amazing affordable Mexican restaurant. Their cheese dip sauce is the best queso in all of Arizona (in my professional queso loving opinion) and I've never had a bad dish here. They have affordable breakfast burritos and the food tasted even better after a long day of hiking. Parking can be tricky since the lot is small but you can park in the lot of the adjacent business if there's no spots available at the restaurant itself - just double check that this policy is still okay when you get inside since things can sometimes change.
