Cathedral Rock is one of my all time favorite hikes and is known as one of five powerful vortexes in Sedona. It’s short but steep with some light rock scrambling and offers stunning views that make every step worth it. I love visiting at sunset, but the trail is beautiful any time of day, and photography can be incredible even mid day. Your best chance to have the place to yourself is sunrise.

Cathedral Rock is a must see for anyone visiting the area, offering a perfect mix of adventure, scenery, and photo worthy moments.
