Unique McDonald's in Sedona

The McDonald's sign in Sedona stands out for a unique reason, the color. Sedona has strict rules about paint colors for the homes and businesses to ensure everything blends in well with the surrounding red rocks and natural landscape. Because of this, painting the sign the traditional yellow wasn’t an option that Sedona would allow. While it’s not the only McDonald’s sign in the world that isn’t yellow, it’s the only one that is turquoise.

This is a fun roadside photo stop you can make while getting Sedonuts or groceries at the nearby Safeway but don't get your hopes up too much because even though it's a unique Mcdonalds, their ice cream machine is still always broken.

This map includes Sedona's highlights but if you want to know everything Sedona even more in depth, you can get my 90 page Sedona Guide here
