The Biblioteca Statale Oratoriana dei Girolamini, located in Naples, Italy, is a historical state library with a rich collection of over 159,700 volumes, including rare editions, incunabula, and musical scores. Established in 1586, it is one of the oldest public libraries in Naples and the second oldest in Italy after the Malatestiana Library in Cesena. The library faced a period of neglect and scandal in recent years, including thefts of valuable books by former administrators. However, after restoration efforts, it reopened to the public in 2022 under new management by the Ministry of Culture's Musei Campania.
