A must-visit for history-lovers, the terracotta warriors - carefully stored at the Emperor Qinshihuang Mausoleum Site Museum in Xi'an, China offers a fascinating glimpse into how China's imperial past.
There are approximately 8,000 soldiers, 130 chariots, and 670 horses hidden away in the mausoleum that were sculpted as the funerary project for the emperor after his death.
The site itself, just outside of Xi'an, has a history of over 2,000 years and is well worth a visit for anyone going to the city.
