Sulphur Mountain trail is a well maintained 10.8 km out and back long trail with around 750 meters of elevation gain that is accessible year round and goes up through switchbacks.

If you feel like not hiking, you can take the Banff Gondola to the top instead. Either way, you'll be treated with 360° views of the town of Banff and surrounding mountains and a chance to explore the summit's boardwalks.
