Die Stabkirche Heddal (alte deutsche Bezeichnung Kirche zu Hitterdal) ist mit rund 20 Metern Länge und 26 Metern Höhe die größte ihrer Art in Norwegen. Sie liegt im Ortsteil Heddal der Kommune Notodden direkt an der Europastraße 134 im Osten der Provinz Vestfold og Telemark.300 m neben der Stabkirche befindet sich das Freilichtmuseum Heddal bygdetun.

Um die Kirche von innen zu besuch, kann man im Café neben an Tickets kaufen.

The Heddal stave church is around 20 meters long and 26 meters high, the largest of its kind in Norway. It is located in the Heddal district of the Notodden municipality directly on European route 134 in the east of the province of Vestfold og Telemark. 300 m next to the stave church is the Heddal bygdetun open-air museum.
