Bumbleberry Gift Shop & Bakery in Springdale is a great spot to grab breakfast or a coffee and pastry before a day in Zion National Park. Located at the Bumbleberry Inn, the Gift Shop & Bakery features a huge gift shop, sit-down restaurant, and a coffee/ice cream shop. My husband and I ate here for breakfast twice on a recent trip to Zion and the cold brew was on point both times.
