This Kitchen is an all vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Kanab, Utah offering artisanal wood fired pizza, international and local dishes featuring Impossible and Beyond Meat products, and handcrafted cocktails. The amazing desserts here include homemade vegan carrot cake, classic & vegan cheesecakes, and a chocolate lava cake with ala mode. Peekaboo Canyon was opened by three of the Founders of Best Friends Animal Society, and guests have enjoyed its sophisticated yet casual environment to experience delicious food & drinks with a view of the beautiful southern Utah landscape.
