Tanaka Sake Brewery Kikkougura is a historical brewery located in Otaru city, Hokkaido. Steeped in local fame, the brewery was built in 1905 and is now renowned for its uniquely crafted sake. Visitors are welcome to take a tour of the factory and view the brewing process in action before sampling a variety of 10 different kinds of sake, complemented by a selection of cakes made with sake lees.
