Epic journey along the Lost Coast to the abandoned Punta Gorda Lighthouse. Feel free and actually explore inside and all around it without adult supervision or intense restrictions, but please be mindful of the environment around you. Especially of those baby seals sunbathing along the beach. SO cute!

The terrain is primarily sand, so prepare for a long hike. Plan your footwear accordingly. Ankle boots, consider gators.

Check those tide times. One piece of the trail is completely impassable if it's high tide which can turn a fun day into a treacherous one.
