Tucked away on Graefestrasse, Albatross Bakery has been delighting Berliners since 2016. Founded by Luke Smetham and joined by partners Jasmin Lünstroth, Anders Alkaersig, and Geoff Stewart, this multinational team draws on French, German, and Italian baking traditions—always with an emphasis on high-quality, often organic, local ingredients.

• Artisanal Breads: Their signature House Loaf is a 1 kg naturally leavened wheat-and-rye sourdough, slow-fermented overnight and dusted with polenta for a crackling crust—ideal for toasting over several days.
