I never thought I'd say this but vegan takoyaki is a thing in Osaka?? OKO Takoyaki offers a vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free version of this classic Japanese street food that's usually made with octopus. You can also find vegetable kushikatsu skewers here which are vegan as well. The food here is more of a snack than a whole dinner imo but amazing at that.
