This is camp #3 in the Tombstone Hiking Circuit, the furtherest camp you will reach. The hike from Divide Lake to Talus Lake is the easiest flattest part the Tombstone hike circuit, so your legs will thank you today. You can also helicopter into this camp and hike out.

This camp in my opinion is the crown jewel of the Tombstones. Vertical cliff face views right from your tent and sweeping views of the Tombstone mountains down the valley. The feeling of being in this landscape is truly magical. I suggest staying here for 1-2 nights or longer if you can. There are side hikes you can explore from here. Weather tends to be very unpredicatable and constantly changing.
