Horseid Beach is an incredibly scenic and isolated hike situated on the northern coast of Moskenesøy island in Lofoten, Norway. Getting to the beach requires at least two hours of hiking from Kjerkfjord, taking the walker through high mountain walls, rocky paths, and soft grassy areas. At the beach itself, views stretch out over the sea and mountainous surroundings. For those wishing to stay for a while, there are great opportunities to camp on the right side of the beach up on the hill or amongst the dunes. It is possible to sightsee the Northern Lights and Midnight Sun here, as well as explore the many hiking routes that surround this area. Horseid Beach is truly a destination for the adventurer!
