Egilsstaðir is an exciting town located in East Iceland and surrounded by a wealth of natural attractions. Here, visitors can explore the largest forest in the country Hallormsstaðaskógur or search for the legendary wyrm that reportedly lives in the depths of Lagarfjlót lake.
