The views from Tantalus Lookout – Puu Ualakaa State Park are awesome. You look out and see the city of Honolulu. This a great spot to take a panoramic picture.

It’s also got a great area with tables to eat at or you can just bring a towel or blanket and have a picnic out there. It's good at day and night.
