String Lake is one of our favorite spots to swim and paddleboard. Since it's a relatively shallow lake, it gets warmer than most of the others and is considered the "swimming pool" of Jackson Hole. You'll find lots of families hanging out here, swimming and boating. The reflection of the Tetons on the water is especially good later in the day.
