Cappadocia is a number one hot air balloon destination in the world and must be on your bucket list. You are going to float above historic cave dwellings or "fairy chimneys’’ We recommend booking in advance as it gets very crowded during the high season. The flight starts at 5:30am and ends at around 7am as the balloons only fly at sunrise. Be prepared to be picked up at 4:15am from the hotel lobby, the experience is well worth of the early start.
